This amazing four ingredient biscuit is so fast and easy to make, you just have to give it a try!
Store in an air tight container even though I doubt if it will make it that far, they melt in the mouth! You could eat a dozen and not even notice!
Perfect for tea this cold harmattan season, Enjoy!
Ingredients ( Serves as many as can get to it before it’s gone 🙂 )
1 1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup soft margarine + plus 1 tablespoon
4 tablespoons icing sugar
1 capful butterscotch essence
Extra icing for dusting
Extra margarine for greasing pan
Method :
Pre-heat oven ( mine doesn’t have all them controls, so I simply hang around once I put anything in it )
Mix all the margarine except the one for greasing the baking pan and icing sugar in a bowl, whisk together until very soft.
Mix in flour until well incorporated. Add the butterscotch essence and mix well.
Put the mixture in a your icing set or ziploc and pipe onto a well greased tray leaving small spaces in between the biscuits.
Dust sugar over the biscuit dough.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until biscuits start to turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for about 3 minutes then gently remove from the baking tray 1 delicious finger at a time 😀 .
Then enjoy!
Azu 🙂 .
